Mr. SHANG is one of the founding members of YOULINK Intellectual Property Law Firm. He qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2000 and a patent attorney in 2004. His practice mainly includes patent prosecution and procurement with a focus on electronics, telecommunication, semiconductor, physics as well as internet and e-commerce. Before setting up this firm, Mr. Shang used to work in Kangxin Partners where he was a partner and chief patent attorney responsible for the firm’s Electronic and Electric Department. In 2005, he received professional training on patent prosecution and litigation at Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP, a patent law firm in Washington D.C. Mr. Shang is also highly experienced in patent re-examination and invalidation proceedings, as well as IP enforcement.
